My vehicle had a transmission issue and was under warranty. I contacted the sales person who sold me the vehicle and as soon as my vehicle arrived at the dealership they were ready for me. Before I even left the dealership they had already diagnosed the issue. It was thoroughly explained to me what the problem was and My vehicle was repaired and returned to me in a very reasonable length of time.

My experience with West Herr was fantastic. From start they were honest about the vehicle having just recently being brought in and the multi-point inspection that was completed revealed some issues that they were in the middle of taking care of. The salesman, Cordel, was personable, easy going with no pressure whatsoever. Very nice to work with. He was so understanding when I goofed and forgot the title for my trade-in, requiring me to make a nearly 2 hr round trip in order to finish the deal and pick up the new vehicle. Just a pleasant experience all around.

Never by all means use this place for anything. Lost total control of car brakes failed with my daughter in the car. Luckily i knew enough to slam it in park. The brake vaccum pump booster going to the cam shaft in the engine failed. Both broke apart. Towed there said itd be a week.. 71 days later…
Vehicle finally ready after 71 days these have been my costs. $6,000 All GM offered me 20,000 rewards points, which I declined.

Timothy in service was outstanding! Helped to figure out how to install the teen driver mode in my 2025 Buick encore GX . After visiting multiple dealerships and stumping them with this issue of not being able to enable this mode without an established password that was needed in order to set a password in order to activate teen driver mode. Me living just about an hour one way .
